Private Servers Guidelines

At The Lulu Game Company, we value the creative freedom and community engagement fostered by private servers within Fight Arena. While we offer flexibility in the rules for private servers, we ask that all server owners adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a safe and positive environment for all players.

1. Respect Roblox's Terms of Service (TOS):

It is essential that all private servers abide by the Roblox Terms of Service. This is a fundamental rule that must be followed at all times, as violating Roblox’s TOS could result in severe consequences for both the server and its community.

2. Harassment Must Be IMMEDIATELY Addressed:

Harassment in any form will not be tolerated on private servers. If a player is found to be harassing others, the private server moderators must take immediate action. The server moderation team is required to inform the Fight Arena moderation team to ensure that proper sanctions are applied.

3. Threats Must Be Taken Seriously and Sanctioned:

Any threats or similar harmful behavior made on a private server must be taken seriously and addressed with appropriate sanctions. It is crucial that all incidents are reported promptly and that actions are taken to protect the community and ensure safety.

Communication with the Fight Arena Moderation Team:

The moderation team, administrators, or private server owners are encouraged to contact the Fight Arena moderation team via email if they need assistance or wish to report a breach of the above guidelines. When contacting the moderation team, please use the contact form and specify that you would like to get in touch with the Fight Arena moderation team, including all relevant information for a thorough review.

Important Note:

The Fight Arena moderation team is not responsible for enforcing sanctions on abuse of moderation within private servers. If you experience or identify issues with moderation abuse, please contact the senior moderators, head moderators, or the server administrator. If needed, you may reach out to the private server owner directly for resolution.

Mandatory Compliance with Rules:

Private server owners are obligated to enforce these three rules. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to serious in-game sanctions, including but not limited to restrictions on the server, penalties to the owner's account, or removal of the server from Fight Arena.
