How to Report an Abusive Moderator – Fight Arena Guide

At Fight Arena, we strive to ensure a fair and balanced gaming experience. Moderators are responsible for enforcing the rules, but if you encounter a moderator abusing their powers, it is your right and duty to report them.

1. Collect Evidence

Before submitting a report, make sure to gather clear evidence of the moderator’s abuse. This includes:

✅ Screenshots of the chat if the moderator is making unfair accusations or behaving inappropriately.

✅ Video recordings if possible, to capture any abuse of in-game powers.

✅ Screenshots of the warning or ban message if you have been unfairly sanctioned.

Without evidence, we cannot take action, so make sure to document the situation properly.

2. What Counts as Moderator Abuse?

A moderator is considered to be abusing their power if they:

• Accuse you of breaking a rule when you are following the official Fight Arena rules.
• Issue unfair punishments, such as unnecessary warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans.
• Use their moderation powers to intimidate or pressure players who are not breaking any rules.
• Show favoritism by punishing certain players unfairly while ignoring rule-breaking from others.

🚨 If a moderator falsely accuses you or bans your account without reason, you must report the incident immediately.

3. Contact Support

If you are a victim of moderator abuse, report the issue as soon as possible.

📩 Contact our support team via email. Be sure to include:

• Your Roblox username
• The moderator’s username
• The evidence you collected (screenshots, videos, chat logs)
• A brief explanation of the situation

⏳ Please be patient – our review process takes time, but we will investigate every report carefully.

4. Important Information

🔹 If your account is banned and you have an active VIP Pass subscription, the days your account is banned will be deducted from your subscription (if it’s a recurring VIP membership).

🔹 If account verification is active, your account status remains unchanged.

🔹 Being a moderator does NOT grant unlimited power.

• Moderators are not allowed to use their powers to pressure or intimidate players who follow the rules.
• Abusing moderation powers will result in consequences for the moderator.
