🎮 About the Game Moderator Applications

The Fight Arena team regularly opens applications to become a Game Moderator, depending on recruitment periods or the current needs of the moderation team.

The role of a Game Moderator is essential to the smooth operation of the game: moderators ensure that rules are followed, assist players when issues arise, and help maintain a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Before applying, it’s very important to understand what this role involves and to make sure you meet all the selection criteria listed below.

🧩 Selection Criteria

To submit an application, you must meet all of the following requirements:

✅ Be a member of the Fight Arena Roblox group

✅ Be 14 years old or older

✅ Have at least 20 messages on Discord or 5 forum posts

✅ Have strong written English skills (spelling, grammar, punctuation)

✅ No Fight Arena rule violations within the last 30 days

✅ Have a maximum of 2 active warnings (either on Discord or in-game)

✅ Be able to work well in a team and communicate effectively

✅ Stay calm, neutral, and fair in all situations

✅ Be objective, even when friends are involved

✅ Be motivated, reliable, and willing to contribute to the community

⚠️ Important Information

Meeting all the criteria does not guarantee acceptance.

Each application is carefully reviewed by the administration team based on the candidate’s behavior, maturity, and motivation.

Additionally, each applicant only has one chance to submit their application per opening session.

Once your application has been submitted, you will not be able to edit or resubmit it until the next recruitment period.

The position of Game Moderator is entirely voluntary and unpaid.

It is not a paid job, but rather a community contribution.

By becoming a Game Moderator, you join a team dedicated to fairness, transparency, and the safety of the Fight Arena community.

It’s a great opportunity to gain experience in community management, communication, and conflict resolution, while directly helping to improve the game.

If your main motivation is payment, we strongly advise you not to apply, as this role requires time, patience, and a true sense of responsibility.
