Understanding Moderator Actions

Moderators have the authority to issue sanctions to players who violate our community guidelines. It's important that any sanctions are proportionate to the offenses committed. Here’s what you need to know about the different levels of moderator actions:

Levels of Sanctions

  • WARN — This is typically issued for low infractions and serves as a reminder to adhere to the rules.
  • Temporary Ban— Used for medium and major offenses. The ban duration can vary and may include any of the following time frames:
    • 3 hours
    • 4 hours
    • 5 hours
    • 15 hours
    • 25 hours
    • 48 hours
  • Permanent Ban — Reserved for the most serious offenses that severely breach our community rules.

It’s important to understand that certain offenses might result in an immediate permanent ban, bypassing the lower levels of sanctioning due to their severity.

What Happens If You're Banned?

If you find yourself banned, please take a moment to reflect on our community guidelines. Remember, a ban indicates that a rule has been broken, and it’s meant to help uphold the integrity of the gaming experience for all players.
