How to Appeal a Ban

It might seem like the end of your journey, but in some cases, a second chance is possible.

The moderation team at Fight Arena believes that some players deserve the opportunity to redeem themselves, as long as they show sincerity, respect, and honesty in their request.

🧾 Why were you banned?

Bans in Fight Arena are never random. Each sanction is the result of a thorough investigation by our moderation team.

The most common reasons include:

Use of cheats, unauthorized scripts, or external software,
Exploiting bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages,
Toxicity, insults, or harassment toward other players,
Inappropriate behavior or violation of community rules.

🚫 Cases where an appeal is not possible

Some offenses are considered too severe to be reconsidered.

Players involved in these cases will never be eligible for an appeal.

This includes:

Anyone who used cheats, macros, or external programs,
Players who attempted to hack, scam, or harm other users,
Harassment, threats, or hate-related behavior,
Repeat offenders who have already been warned or punished multiple times.

These rules exist to protect the community and maintain a fair and healthy gameplay environment for everyone.

📨 How to submit an appeal

If your case does not fall into the categories above, you may try to appeal your ban.

💬 Tips for a successful appeal

Our moderation team reads every appeal carefully, but several key factors determine whether it will be accepted:

Sincerity: Don’t try to minimize what happened. Own your mistakes and explain what you’ve learned.
Good faith: Show that you understand why your behavior was a problem.
Respect: Stay calm and polite. Aggressive or mocking appeals are instantly rejected.
Authenticity: Write your message yourself. We want to hear your own voice, not that of an AI.

⚠️ Important:

Appeals written using ChatGPT or any other artificial intelligence system will be automatically rejected.

Our team can easily recognize AI-generated messages. We want to read your words, your emotions, and your sincerity.

⏳ Processing time

Each appeal is manually reviewed by Fight Arena moderators.

The review process can take up to 2 months from the date of submission.

During this time, follow-ups or status requests will not be processed.

At the end of the review, three outcomes are possible:

✅ Appeal accepted – your ban is lifted, and you may return to the game.
⚠️ Sanction reduced – your permanent ban may be converted into a temporary one.
❌ Appeal rejected – the decision remains final.

Even if your request is not accepted, acknowledging your mistakes is a step we truly respect.
